Our roses have travelled to you with their guard petals left on, to protect them on their travels. Now they’ve reached you safely, gently using your thumb and first finger remove these guard petals from the roses. Trim 2/3cm from the stem, cutting at an angle and place into a clean vase. Removing any leaves below the water line. 

Carefully remove the flowers from the Serendipity Letterbox packaging, with a pair of sharp scissors trim off approx 2/3cm from the stem, cutting at an angle. Place in a clean vase ensuring all leaves are removed from below the water line. Follow the instructions to add the flower food provided.
