Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Ordering and Cancellations

Order Acceptance Policy

All order requests are subject to acceptance by Serendipity By Post/Serendipity Floral Designs, and we reserve the right to reject any order without providing reasons. In this instance we will refund and monies received and return in full to the payment method used to place the order.

Order changes

If you wish to change your order, please contact us by 9am the following day after you have placed your order.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard and debit cards and all payments are securely processed by Stripe.
We never store or have access to your card details.

Prices

All prices include delivery and VAT.

Delivery Policy

We delivery our letterbox orders by Royal Mail next day special delivery and for our hand-tied bouquets APC Overnight. If orders are placed and are in our local area, Serendipity may deliver these personally. If collections are required it must be stated on the checkout process or by email.

We don’t currently deliver on Sunday and Mondays due to the availability of flowers over a weekend.

We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, due to circumstances out of our control or from the delivery services used. Although we always try our upmost for punctual delivery.

If delivery instructions are provided at checkout, we cannot guaranteed that these will always be followed, particularly if your recipient isn’t at home to receive the order.

Delivery address and message changes must be done so by 9am of the delivery date.

In the event of failure of delivery please email info@serendipitybypost.com within 2 days of intended delivery date.

Our Mission

We aim to always send out the best quality flowers available. However, with flowers being a fresh and perishable product, due to external circumstances outside our control they may not always travel well and live up to Serendipity By Posts high standards. If this occurs, within 24 hours of receiving the blooms please email info@serendipitybypost.com with an image of the flowers. We will then give you a choice of replacement or refund.
Returns

Due to the perishable nature of the flowers, once the order is placed we are sorry but we cannot offer returns.

Substitution

All of the images of our flowers are for display purposes only. We will always try to send flowers that are shown in these images. However at times we may need to substitute with replacement flowers/colours, due to seasonal variations or supply issues. Serendipity By Post/Serendipity Floral Designs reserves the right to make this substitution but ensures it will be with an equal value or greater value than the one available.

Privacy & Security

Your financial and personal information is extremely important to us and we will never share this information with any other person or company.

For customers to gain the best experience possible, cookies are used at www.serensipitybypost.com.

Your financial information is held by Stripe and is not available for us to view and use.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Serendipity By Post and its licensors.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Serendipity By Post.

Serendipity By Post has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
